Before you head underground.
The conditions for taking your next stride.
Paul has reviewed this version. Provider, support delivery, and backup status below describe the recorded operating setup.
Operator, audience, and agreement
Orestride is operated by Paul Harman in Sweden. It is intended only for people aged 18 or older. By entering the game you confirm that you meet that age requirement and agree to the conditions presented here. No age-verification provider or identity-document collection is currently implemented. The game and your save
The ordinary mining game is free to start and a wallet is optional. The server is authoritative for actions, timers, balances, and saved progress. Keep a private one-use recovery code or link a wallet you control. A session expires after about 30 days without activity; expiry does not itself delete a save. Recovery depends on a working server and a valid recovery method. Never sell or disclose access to a save.
Check the homepage for current public game availability. Rules, content, and availability may change, and maintenance or faults can interrupt play. We will identify material changes that affect available paid benefits or competitive rules before applying them where feasible. No service-level guarantee, uninterrupted access promise, or permanent-storage promise is made. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Game resources and token status
Ordinary coins, gems, ore, and Core Shards are game resources, not deposits or transferable financial assets. They cannot be redeemed. Test-network assets have no promised financial value or future allocation. The public token has not launched. Public token purchases are closed. Public mainnet purchases are unavailable. Transferable rewards are unavailable.
A displayed prospective address is not proof of creation, verification, market liquidity, or an offer to buy. If an external token is verified later, check its full mint, program, and network. A matching name or symbol is insufficient. External markets and wallets are separate services; no price, return, earnings, or future token allocation is promised.
Optional purchases
New purchases remain unavailable until the separately reviewed, versioned payment configuration permits them. An enabled checkout shows the exact item, price, token mint, network, recipient, expiry, and unique order reference before a wallet request. Network fees are additional. A login signature does not transfer tokens. A purchase is a separate wallet approval. Mobile Phantom signs the exact prepared transaction before server submission; supported desktop and in-app Wallet Standard providers may sign and send it. A callback or accepted submission is not proof of payment. Items are delivered only after finalized server verification, and duplicate receipts cannot deliver the same order twice.
If submission is uncertain, check and resume the same order. Do not start a second payment. Pausing new sales does not cancel reconciliation of a submitted transaction or erase a delivery obligation. A paid launch still needs approved consumer information, a support and complaint process, and a lawful cancellation/refund policy; this draft does not waive statutory consumer rights or authorize real-money activation.
Fair play and competitions
Do not interfere with the service, exploit a defect, evade limits, use multiple identities to obtain competitive advantages, automate competitive actions, or submit misleading review evidence. Ordinary upgrades, cosmetics, and paid boosts do not improve standardized competition scores. Practice routes have no transferable rewards.
Daily activity rules
New reward days run from midnight to midnight UTC under separately versioned rules. Three standard-equipment challenges award up to 40, 40 and 20 points, respectively, for at most 100 daily points per eligible account. Each award is its challenge weight multiplied by the verified route score divided by 1,000, rounded down. Completing mandatory objectives and extracting before the original server deadline is required. Paid boosts, ordinary equipment, wallet holdings and lifetime progression cannot improve those normalized points. Lifetime standings remain ordinary recognition.
Token participation requires a verified linked wallet before that day’s published cutoff; the same payout wallet cannot represent multiple eligible accounts in the same day. Linking preserves the existing save and valid current-day activity. Past unfunded guest points are not an IOU. Wallet control does not prove a unique person, and a shared household IP is not by itself exclusion evidence. Synthetic test, operator reward, self-dealing and abusive activity is ineligible.
Reserved funding and proportional allocation
Thirty percent of eligible realized net token receipts from delivered shop purchases, after token refunds and recorded holdbacks, is proposed for later daily pools. A sale is counted once. Finalized sponsor deposits are separate funding, and seed releases require an explicit activation schedule. No projected sale, pending transfer or player count creates a token promise. Each day reserves its budget from already available verified funds, limited by usable vault funds and the configured spending ceiling. Unpaid allocations, disputes, refunds and other commitments are excluded from available funding. Zero funding creates zero token allocation.
Every eligible positive score shares proportionally: floor(reserved token units × your eligible points ÷ total eligible points). Estimates change until eligibility and totals are frozen. Rounding dust remains unallocated. Small entitlements remain reserved until economical delivery; they are not forfeited. Rules change prospectively at a UTC boundary. Historical 48-hour rounds and their 70/30 method keep their original version and are not recalculated under daily rules.
Automatic delivery and review
When activated and funded, the service calculates allocations and sponsors their delivery to the fixed verified recipient without a daily player signature or manual winner selection. A finalized permanent chain receipt establishes delivery. Pending submission, an explorer signature and a database status alone do not. RPC failures, low fee funds, inconsistent accounting or recovery checks pause affected money operations while retaining obligations. A disputed amount stays reserved while undisputed recipients can continue.
Use My rewards → Request review for a daily record, purchase or eligibility issue. The prepared review target is seven calendar days from receipt, with an update if more time is needed; this target and its operator resourcing require approval before monetary activation. Unresolved reviews remain unresolved until a real decision; the target is not automatic dismissal or forfeiture. These free-entry proportional rules do not establish gambling, consumer, tax or financial-law clearance. No token price, income, dollar return or profit is guaranteed.
Content, conduct, and access restrictions
Use a suitable alias and keep personal information out of public standings. The original game art, software, and branding remain with their respective rights holders; access to the game grants use for personal play, not rights to redistribute the assets as NFTs or imply endorsement. You remain responsible for information you choose to submit in a review request.
Paul may restrict access proportionately for credible abuse, security threats, or a legal requirement. Relevant evidence and a review route should be preserved. Restriction does not automatically erase outstanding finalized-payment obligations. Report a defect through the available contact or in-game review route without exploiting it.
Privacy, complaints, and applicable rights
The Privacy notice explains sessions, optional wallets, server records, retention limits, and request channels. Swedish law is the proposed governing law for this personally operated service, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or available remedies in their country of residence. No exclusive foreign court, mandatory arbitration, or blanket liability waiver is imposed here.
Changes and acceptance
