Review an in-game record

If you have a save, My rewards includes “Request review” for an account, eligibility, purchase, or daily reward record. It stores your request on this server for Paul to inspect. You can identify a privacy request there while preparing the service. It does not send an email, promise a response time, or provide an emergency channel.

What to include

Describe the problem, its approximate time, and a public order or UTC-day reference if relevant. Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key, session cookie, login signature, or guest recovery code. No support process requires a payment or a transfer to prove account ownership.

Service status

The homepage identifies current public game availability; this policy page alone does not establish that the game service is open. Application hosting: Cloudflare, Cloudflare global network; a single native SQLite Durable Object stores the game. Public mainnet purchases are unavailable. Transferable rewards are unavailable. The public token has not launched. Public token purchases are closed.
